"It takes a whole village to raise a child." -African Proverb- and it has taken our nation's finest efforts to raise our Guam North schools which opened on September 29, 1997.

I am privileged to have the opportunity of providing educational leadership for the Andersen Elementary School community.

We are providing all of our students with the best instructional programs available, taught by fully certified and experienced teachers.

Our total program is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, accrediting elementary, middle and high, as well as colleges, in 19 mid-west and western states.

We invite and encourage each of you to participate in this great educational venture with us!

DoD DDESS Guam envisions a school system which is unbound by traditional concepts of time, location, and age requirements and will provide all students with vast opportunities for learning and civic involvement.

The DoD DDESS community shares the responsibility for building the academic success of each student.

DoD DDESS is a learner-centered educational organization widely recognized for its ability to provide its students with the knowledge and skills required for high levels of achievement, both in DoD DDESS and in the dynamic global community.
