School Bus Registration

One student transportation office serves the four DoD schools on Guam. The transportation office is located in the District Superintendent Office on the Naval Hospital compound (Building 100). Bus registration requirements are linked below.

How are we doing?
Transportation Office Duties

New Bus Riders:

New students or students who have not ridden the school bus before will be required to register at the DSO at the Student Transportation Office. Students must be present for a photograph, and parents need to bring a copy of the yellow school registration form (DODEA Form 600) with them. To avoid the end of summer rush, parents are encouraged to complete this process as soon as possible.

Returning Bus Riders:

After 1 August 2006, bus passes will be available for pickup at the District Superintendent's Office (DSO) for ONLY those returning students who are currently registered to ride the school bus AND who have already registered for SY 2006/2007 at their school.

Our Duties

Coordinate transportation for daily commuting, extracurricular events (sporting events, etc), and curricular events (required field trips) and after school activity buses, the cooperative work experience program and special needs students.
Conduct school bus safety training
Establish and conduct safety/quality assurance inspections on all buss routes, bus stops, and established walking zones.
Develop inclement weather response plans.
Work closely wit school administrators and military commands to establish commuting/walking zones.
Issue bus passes for all authorized registered riders.
Investigate/resolve all student conduct concerns on our vehicles.
